Physical Therapy

Supervised exercise focused on weakened muscles can help improve your mobility, balance, strength, and more.

Physical Therapy

At Malbis Chiropractic, you can provide the physical therapy you need to recover from aging, illness, or injury. This form of treatment is designed to help you improve your strength and address any muscle imbalances.

Physical therapy is always supervised by trained professionals. We'll help you understand what muscles you need to exercise to live a happy, functional life.

Reduce Pain

Physical therapy strengthens the body, which helps it learn how to heal itself.

Address Aging

Bodies weaken as they get older. Physical therapy allows you to hold back the effects of aging.

Improve Balance

Some physical therapy exercises help you improve your balance and posture.

Use Your Joints

After an injury, you need to use your joints to make sure they heal correctly. Physical therapy is designed to help you do that.

Increase Mobility

Over time, we'll build up your strength and flexibility, allowing you to get around independently.

Physical therapy helps you heal without the potential dangers of surgery.

Accident Trauma

We deal with three types of cases at Malbis Chiropractic, and accident trauma is the most urgent. When AL residents come to us after an auto accident, we make sure to diagnose both the short- and long-term problems that the accident may have caused. We believe in holistic practice here, so we'll help you get back on your feet and living a happy life.

Generalized Pain

Of the three types of cases we deal with at Malbis Chiropractic, generalized pain is the most common. Countless people suffer from non-specific back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and more. This is often a result of bad posture, though it can point to undiagnosed ongoing conditions, which we describe in more detail in the next section.

Ongoing Conditions

There are a variety of conditions that benefit from chiropractic treatment: spinal problems are the most obvious, since they involve problems that can be fixed with back alignments. But our expertise in mechanical joint dysfunction means we're also able to help arthritis patients, nerve pains, headaches, and more. We'll mitigate the pain while also determining what's causing it.
